Shipping policy

At Still Earth, we strive to get your magnesium oil to you quickly and safely. Please read the details of our shipping process below.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order is placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• We plan to expand internationally in the future – stay tuned!

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Still Earth is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they are in the carrier’s possession.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and also notify us at thestillearthco@gmail.com so we can assist you.
